- Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- Assembly-required items must be unassembled
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required

- Customized or made-to-order furniture
- Items marked "final sale" or "clearance"
- Products with visible signs of use or damage
- Missing parts or accessories
Return Process

Refund Processing
