SatoriSerenade offers Standard Shipping for all furniture orders, including sofas, TV stands, wardrobes, and other home furnishings. Delivery times typically range from 7-14 business days, depending on your location and product availability.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation. Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time.
Delivery Process
Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. All items are delivered to your room of choice, with basic placement service included.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations. Some remote areas may require additional delivery time or have limited service availability.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive email notifications at each stage of the process.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage or missing components, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will promptly arrange for replacement parts or solutions.
